Browsing the archive
The application does not include advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. Hosting infrastructure may keep access logs according to the operator’s configuration.
Recordings and external services
YouTube players load after you choose to play a recording. Playback can share your IP address, device details and activity with YouTube. Recordings hosted on external media services contact that service when the player loads them. External donation services have their own privacy practices.
Sharing a memory
When you share a memory, we store your name, email, message, details, link and files so the family can review them. Your files are kept privately until they are approved. Photos are re-saved without camera or location data. When a submission is approved or rejected, your name and email are deleted; only the credit you chose (full name, first name, or “a student”, for example) is published with approved content. Rejected files are deleted, and unfinished uploads are deleted after 24 hours. Files are stored with Cloudflare. Backups may keep older copies for a limited time.
Administrator accounts
Admin sign-in uses an essential session cookie. Administrative changes are recorded in an audit log. Public visitors do not need an account.
Contact
A public contact address has not been added yet. The site owner should configure one before launch.
